Q: Why do I have to set up an account?

It is necessary to set up an account to track your orders, shipments and any returns.

Q: Where are you located?

We are located in Port Charlotte, Florida, which is just north of Fort Meyers. We also use our partner warehouses around the country from which we ship.

Q: When will my order arrive?

You have several shipping options when you place your order. For regular ground shipping, you can expect to receive your parts within 3- 5 business days. Shipping varies depending on where you live and the type of shipping method you choose.

Q: What is a core charge?

Some parts you purchase require you to send in your old part. A core charge is simply a deposit that is refunded to you when your old part is received. All cores are due within 30 days of purchase.

Q: Is there a warranty on parts?

Yes, most parts have a manufacture warranties.
